We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit for your unique texture, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Simply initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is at least 75% full.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
